To cope with the University’s on-going development and research, EMO is devoted to creating and maintaining a quality environment with highly efficient services to meet and exceed customer expectations through a workforce comprised of staff with positive attitude and the will to care. To facilitate these quality objectives, we endeavour to provide regular staff training, conduct management efficiency review and customer opinion surveys to identify areas for improvement in service quality without sacrificing cost effectiveness.
EMO has successfully implemented an Integrated Management System in the organization since 2010, which includes the ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System). The aims and the intended outcomes of the integrated system are to provide the high quality and environmental friendly services to our customers and also ensure our staff can work under a safe working environment by systematic processes and their interactions.
